Slot Reserves

Commissions are first come first serve!If slots are closed please wait patiently until they reopen!Friends/mutuals are allowed to reserve slots or commission me anytime! However, if I'm overloaded with work It may take longer for commissions to be completed (I will give a heads up if I need to hold it off for longer)I will hold your commission up to a week if you can't make an immediate payment.

Slots that are easier and require less time are usually what I start first!

Ordering

When ordering, wait for me to confirm the order before giving payment.I'm also allowed to cancel and deny a commission for any reason whether I give an explanation or not.You will be notified if I cancel a commission (if you already paid I will give you a refund)

When ordering please follow this format:

- Type: Headshot, halfbody, fullbody- Section: Animated (wiggle, simple, animated), Sketches(shaded, monochrome, colored), Detailed (simple, full shading, painting)- Background: simple gradient/pattern or detailed (specify the section like above^^ )- If background please specify the surroundings or environment^^-Number of characters- ref sheet: please have a clear image, if it's traditional make sure it has proper lighting! (Digital and unshaded references are preferred. Shaded refs risk colors being off)- optional: any additional details (expressions, poses, etc.)-optional: extra references for poses and environments are appreciated!

Payment Method

I will take payments via PayPalPayment must be sent in USD only.I will send you a payment link when the commission is confirmed and you are ready to pay.In the description of your payment, please add your username and commission order.I will not start the commission unless I'm given payment beforehand. I can hold commissions for up to 2-3 weeks if immediate payments can't be made.

Refunds

Full refunds can be requested before I start a commission.If I am unable to complete your commission, A full refund will be given.If I have already started the commission and you cancel for any reason/ I am unable to complete it, the amount refunded will be based on the progress of the commission.

Progress and Fixes

I will send you WIPS(work in progress) while I work on your commission. If you wish to see additional progress feel free to let me know!Please do not ask for WIPS everyday, I'm a busy person and I will not be working on your commission 24/7. I may have other commissions, projects and other work IRL that I need to balance along with your commission.If I make a mistake on your character or you wish to have the poses adjusted or change, please let me know BEFORE I start the shading process.After I finished shading, any additional changes involving fixing poses, changing accessories coloring will come at an additional cost.This also goes for backgrounds, if the background is a painting, please let me know any changes during the initial sketch and flat color phase.If the entire drawing is done and you wish to move your character I will decline your offer or add extra costs (I usually merge the character with the background after a certain stage)

Delivery Time

Simple commissions without backgrounds may take days to around 2 weeks to complete.Painted commissions may take much longer, depending on the difficulty. Commissions involving complex painted backgrounds may take around a month or so if I am not working on it in one sitting.Commissions may also take longer if I have additional commissions, as I said previously, I usually will work on simpler commissions and work my way down to more difficult commissions.

Credit

Please do not reclaim my artwork as your own.I own all rights to my work.You are allowed to use my artwork for personal uses that are non commercial as long as their is credit. (profile pictures, wallpapers, printing and etc)Please do not redistribute or reproduce my work which counts for: NFTS, Merch, Reselling and mass production)If you wish to use my art for merch, please contact me!
